Customised  quality control system
Aerochem has, in close collaboration with their customers and suppliers customised a quality control system. The system embraces the production process, the logistical system and administration with systematic, adapted and documented routines for each stage. For example there are routines for control analysis during loading and each delivery is accompanied with a certificate of analysis. There are also specific requirements concerning the vehicle and certificates of cleanliness are claimed when tankers are used. The whole quality system is documented in “Aerochem Quality Control System”.

Minimsed handling
In most businesses the handling of products is a weak link and a potential source of error. Aerochem has therefore taken a strategic decision to minimise the handling of products in order to effectively reduce the risk of quality discrepancies. This applies to production, transportation, loading and unloading as well as storage. Amongst other things, the handling of bulk materials is minimised by using dedicated ISO-containers for both transportation and storage.

Continous development
There are a lot of development activities within the industry, both from a quality and environmental point of view. Together with suppliers and customers Aerochem has the ambition to continuously identify areas of improvement to enable product and process development.
